Terms of purchase
When you order from Betterspace (Realest Invest AB,
organization number: 559321-8398) you accept all purchase and delivery conditions

1. Buy
A purchase is considered completed when you as a customer have received one
order confirmation via e-mail. We will immediately send an order confirmation to your
email after your order has been received. Check that
address details are correct when you receive your order confirmation and ensure that
your surname is indicated on your door/mailbox. To shop at Betterspace
you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's permission. Remember that
save your order confirmation as a receipt for the purchase, provided the payment is
completed.
2. Payment
We offer several payment options through our
partners, including card payment and direct bank payment.
3. Delivery
We will process your order within 1-3 working days after
payment received. Delivery of your goods then takes place within 5-10 working days
tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays,
red days, other unforeseen events or external factors. The delivery time can
vary depending on your location and which products you ordered. We strive
always looking to deliver as quickly as possible, and you can always track yours
order via "Track order" on our website. If you do not collect your package
in time it is returned to us and a fee of 200 SEK for unclaimed packages
is charged .
4. Right of withdrawal/Open purchase
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the goods within 14
days from receipt. The goods must be returned in new condition and in
original packaging with any patches and labels remaining. The item and
the packaging must be well protected during transport. About the product/packaging
is not in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or make a deduction
for depreciation. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Digital products
not covered by the right of withdrawal. When returning parts of an order where discount code
used, we may have to adjust the price of remaining goods to the regular price.
For international purchases, the same right of withdrawal applies, but the customer is also responsible for
any customs fees and costs for the return.
5. Reservations
Betterspace reserves the right to change prices on grounds
of major price changes from suppliers, printing errors or other external errors
our control. We also reserve the right to replace, change, remove
or add products and models to our range without prior notice
notification, based on stock status, product updates or others

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen events beyond Betterspace's control
(such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions or others
comparable events) that prevent Betterspace from fulfilling its
contractual obligations towards you as a customer, Betterspace is released from
responsibility for not being able to fulfill the agreement due to these circumstances.
This also includes the right to exchange due to changed conditions,
change, remove or add products and models to our range.
7. The transport risk
We send your order with a shipping company adapted to suit
the destination. If your package is lost or damaged during transport, responsible
Betterspace for this. In case of return, you and the transport company are responsible for
the risk. If the return does not reach us, you must pay for your order. We
recommends that returns be sent by trackable shipment and that you
provide tracking number to us upon request.
8. Damaged goods
Check the package upon receipt. About the packaging or
content is damaged, notify us as soon as possible, but no later than within one
week from receipt.
9. Personal data
We comply with the data protection regulation GDPR. Through your
registration and ordering, you consent to us storing and using your
data in accordance with the GDPR. You have the right to access and request
correction or deletion of your data.
10. Customer Service
Our customer service is available via email. We strive for
to respond within 24 hours on business days, often faster.
11. Complaints
If you receive a defective item, you can complain about it with us. We
replace with a new, fault-free item. Pay the invoice on time to avoid extra
costs in the event of a complaint. The processing time for complaints is normal
10-15 working days but may vary.
12. Cancel an order
It is not possible to cancel an order after confirmation. You have
however, 14-day right of withdrawal/open purchase.
13. International Purchases
Because we conduct sales to large parts of the world
and our central warehouse is located abroad, you as the customer are responsible for any
VAT, customs duties and other import charges that may apply. These fees
determined by the customs authority in your country. We recommend that you contact your
local customs authorities for detailed information on these costs.
Please note that these fees are not predictable on our part and are not included
in the price of the product.
14. Distance agreements and agreements outside business premises
Betterspace complies with the law on distance contracts and outside contracts
business premises. We protect your privacy and comply with all applicable laws and
rules for personal data protection.
