It is possible to track your package through the tracking number that you receive in your order confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, the tracking feature will be available to you, allowing you to follow your order and see where it is.
In order to process a claim for a faulty product, you must be able to provide us with visual evidence of the fault. This can be in the form of images or videos of the product.
